INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS: 
ADULT NAME -and- ADULT BIRTHDAY must be entered first.
Child's information will be entered later

IMPORTANT!
1) Waivers for minors must be signed by a PARENT (or COURT APPOINTED legal guardian).
2) Waivers signed by a friend, relative or group leader WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

KLIMB COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

EVERYONE BELONGS ON THE WALL
At Klimb Rock Gym, we believe climbing is for everybody. We welcome climbers of every race, color, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, ability, body type, age, and experience level, whether it's your first climb or you've been climbing for years. The things that make each of us different make our community stronger.

CLIMB WITH KINDNESS
Treat fellow climbers, staff, and guests with respect, both on and off the wall. Harassment, intimidation, and language or behavior that belittles or threatens others aren't welcome here, whether or not they were meant as a joke.

GIVE EACH OTHER SPACE
Comfort levels vary from person to person. Ask before offering beta, spotting, or physical contact, and be mindful of others' personal space and emotional boundaries.

WE'RE ALL ON BELAY FOR EACH OTHER
These guidelines apply to everyone who visits Klimb Rock Gym: members, day-pass climbers, guests, and staff. Just like a good belay partner, we look out for one another. Keeping Klimb a safe, supportive place to climb is a shared responsibility.

By entering Klimb Rock Gym, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines. Anyone who does not follow them may be asked to leave the facility, and memberships or climbing privileges may be suspended or revoked.
